Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee is comprised of nine (9) residents elected at an Annual General Meeting. Their primary function is to act as a 'board' to represent all Estate residents and provide oversight of the Managing Agents. They are all volunteers, many are professionals with busy schedules, but all are committed to representing the community and the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Estate. The committee monitors the delivery of services within the Estate (E.g. Mowing contractors, gardeners etc) and instructs the managing agents accordingly. They also monitor and review expenditure; however all funds, accounts and records are maintained by BPG Strata as the current agents. These are fully auditable and governed by legislation.
